RETURN POLICY:
30 Day Free Exchange or Money Back Guarantee. We guarantee your phone to
make and receive calls on the service it was sold for. If the phone allows for
text messaging we guarantee that to work as well. We do not provide tech support
nor guarantee any internet features of the phones. It is up to you and the tech
support of your carrier to look into that part of the service. To ensure customer
satisfaction, if your not completely satisfied with our products, within 30 days from you date of purchase, we will exchange your purchase. A Refund will only be given if we do not have
a comparable or better model to exchange. If a refund is given we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges are not refunded unless the situation was our error. A return must accompany a complete Return Form.

Most orders go out in 24 business hours if the billing address is correct. If an item is not being shipped to the billing address there will most likely be a delay in shipment of your order. We verify all credit cards with the bank. We ship to most counties in Europe, Asia and Central America. We will ship to an APO or AE address but it will arrive via USPS uninsured and untrackable. If your shipping address is a PO Box please also include the delivery address for UPS and/or FedEx. We are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
