Answer: No, the price of the
phone under Used Phones reflects the cost of the phone only. Service contracts
are not required if the ad states - No Contract
Does my phone come with any
warranties?
Answer: Yes we offer a 30 day
warranty on the used phones we sell and you can buy an extended warranty when
you purchase the phone.
Are these phones new?
Answer: Some, read the add
title it will say what type of condition the phone is in. New means never used
with all parts and not signs of use. Like New
means it might have been briefly used, but has not blemishes on it and
looks like new. Very Good means
the phone is in very good shape with a few blemishes.
Good means it was use but is in good shape with scratches from normal
use. Acceptable means everything functions
and works fine except the phone shows signs of use.
What is your return policy?
RETURN POLICY:
30 Day Free Exchange or Money Back Guarantee. To ensure customer
satisfaction, if your not completely satisfied with our products, within 30 days from you date of purchase, we will
exchange your purchase. A Refund will only be given if we do not have
a comparable or better model to exchange. If a refund is given we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges are not refunded unless the situation was our error. A return must accompany a complete Return Form.

How do I choose the correct phone?
Answer: Be sure to order the
phone from your service providers category. Also if you have questions you
can always contact us at any time.
What does unlocked mean?
Answer: Unlocked is a term
used by GSM carriers and their phones. When a wireless phone is unlocked it
means it is not subsidized and locked to a specific service provider. This means
that the phone will work with any GSM network in the world that carries the
frequencies specified for that phone. You can check a carriers frequencies at

website for any carrier in the world.
What carriers in the US use GSM?
Answer: Cingular (AT&T),
T-Mobile, Edge Wireless and SunCom use GSM in this country.
What Carriers in the US use CDMA?
Answer: The largest are
Verizon, Sprint, Alltel, Cricket, Metro PCS, and US Cellular.
Do I have to sign up with a service plan to get these phones?
Answer: No, not if you are buying a
phone from us that states NO - CONTRACT.
What happens after I place my order?
Answer: After you place and
order you will receive an order confirmation. We will then authorize your credit
card and place a 14 day hold on the funds for the amount of your purchase. If
you billing address is the same as your shipping address the order will ship in
most situations on that day. If you address's do not match it will delay your
order and we may have to ask for additional information before we can ship. Once
your order is shipped you receive and email with the tracking number of your
order and at this time we will charge your credit card. If you does not ship we
will not charge the card.
Do you ship on weekends?
Answer: No, we like our
weekends off. However we offer Saturday Delivery for an extra fee when you
order. All other orders ship out on Monday.
Can I get my package overnight?
Answer: Yes, if you need it on
a Saturday however order Next Day Business Air with Saturday Deliver. Otherwise
all deliveries are made on weekdays.
What is a sim card?
Answer: Subscriber identity
module (SIM) is a smartcard securely storing the key identifying a mobile
subscriber. SIM's are most widely used in GSM systems (Cingular,
T-Mobile). This removable card is the chip inside a GSM phone with
information such as the user's phone number, phone book as well as other
information relates to the subscriber is store.
Do I need a sim card?
Answer: A sim card is required
for any GSM Phone. Cingular & AT&T require sim cards. If you have an
existing sim card that is 100 percent functional you can insert the sim card in
the phone and it will load all your personal information including phone book an
phone numbers to place and receive calls. If you do not have a sim card you will
need to get a new one from you carrier.
Can I use all the network features on these phones such as the browser,
email, T-zone, m-mode etc?
